Applying for aged care services
To find out if you’re eligible for services through My Aged Care, you need to apply for an assessment. They’re generally done in person at your home.
You can apply for an assessment by:
- completing an online form on the My Aged Care website
- calling My Aged Care using the contact details on their website
- meeting with an Aged Care Specialist Officer in person or through video chat.
