Section Summary of changes

General section number and title changes

We merged the myGov terms of use published on this website with the myGov app terms of use. We combined them into one version to provide a more consistent user experience.

By merging these, we inserted 4 new sections.

The myGov terms of use now has 17 sections. This changed the section numbers throughout.

For example, we inserted a new section 4 Using the app. This changed the section numbers that followed it. This means the old section 4 Your responsibilities is now section 5 Your responsibilities.

Another example is we added a new section 7 Your information. Adding the new section 4 and new section 7 changed the section numbers that followed. This means the old section 6 myGov Inbox is now section 8 myGov Inbox.
