Support for migrants, visitors and refugees

If you need support in your language, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 and tell them what service you would like to speak with. You can call any service to get mental health support.

Support for young people

    Support for young people aged 12 to 25 to help manage their mental health.
  • Kids Helpline

    Free 24/7 phone and online counselling services if you’re aged 5 to 25.

Support for LGBTIQ+ people
