Link Apprenticeships Services
ADMS (Apprenticeship Data Management System) allows apprentices to manage their apprenticeships, apply for incentives and track progress of claims.
Before you link Apprenticeships Services to myGov
Apprenticeships Services doesn’t support Secret Questions and Answers as a sign in option.
If you’re using this, you’ll need to update your sign in settings before you can link to Apprenticeships Services.
How to link Apprenticeships Services to myGov
Follow these steps to link Apprenticeships Services to your myGov account:
- Sign in to myGov.
- Select View and link services.
- Select Link on the Apprenticeships Services tile.
- Enter your Apprentice ID or Unique Student Identifier (USI).
- Enter your date of birth.
- Enter the authentication code sent to your phone or email.
What you can do when you link
When you link Apprenticeships Services to myGov you can:
- edit your contact details
- edit your bank account details
- view your apprenticeship details
- message your Apprentice Connect Australia Provider
- claim apprentice incentives
- apply for and claim support loans
- view historical claims and support loans
- view payments.

If you can’t link Apprenticeships Services to your myGov account, contact your Australian Apprenticeship Support Network provider for help. You can find your provider on the Australian Apprenticeships website.
