Call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450, and ask them to connect you to the government service you need.

To speak to someone from Services Australia in your language call:

• 131 202 for Centrelink payments and services
• 132 011 for Medicare
• 131 272 for Child Support.

Most Medicare, Centrelink and Child Support call centres will be closed over the Christmas and New Year holiday period including:
