About My Aged Care

My Aged Care helps older people and their carers understand, access and navigate the aged care system. You can access My Aged Care online, on the phone or in person.

My Aged Care can:

• give you information about different types of aged care services available
• refer you for an assessment to determine what the person you care for needs and see if they’re eligible for government support
• give you or the person you care for referrals and support to find the right service providers
• advise what you or the person you care for might need to pay towards the cost of care.
